Overview

This website and store are operated under the brand Monetize Your Life. These Terms of Service govern your use of the store and your purchase and use of Monetize Your Lifestyle products. Contact us at monetizeyourlifestylehq@gmail.com.

Purchasing Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. A parent or legal guardian may purchase materials for and supervise their use by a younger person.

Digital Products

Products are delivered digitally; no physical product is included. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining compatible software and a device capable of opening standard PDF files.

Personal-Use License

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own education, planning, and business development. You may print reasonable working copies for your own use. You may not share download links, reproduce or distribute the materials to others, resell them, upload them to public or shared repositories, remove ownership notices, or present them as your own product.

Guided Blueprint Scope

The Guided Blueprint Edition includes the digital materials, a personalized strategy document based on the completed intake, and one focused clarification round requested within 14 calendar days after delivery. It does not include unlimited revisions, ongoing coaching, mentorship, legal or financial services, business management, or done-for-you implementation unless separately agreed in writing.

Personalized production begins only when we send written confirmation that the completed intake has been accepted and the personalized blueprint is now in production. Receiving the intake, checking it for completeness, or requesting missing information does not begin personalized production. The personalized blueprint is normally delivered within 3–5 business days after that confirmation is sent. We may use templates, software, and AI-assisted tools as part of our internal workflow; the deliverable is organized and reviewed using the information you provide.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, evaluating recommendations, conducting your own market and legal research, and deciding whether and how to act. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information in the intake.

Educational Purpose and No Earnings Guarantee

The products provide educational information and strategic guidance. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other licensed professional advice. We do not promise or guarantee income, profitability, employment, sponsorships, audience growth, business success, or any particular result. Outcomes depend on factors including the purchaser’s decisions, skills, effort, market conditions, costs, and compliance obligations.

Prices and Payment

Prices and included deliverables are shown before purchase. You authorize the payment provider to charge the displayed total. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by the posted Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the store or products unlawfully, interfere with store security, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, infringe intellectual-property rights, or misuse another person’s information.

Third-Party Services

The store may use or link to third-party platforms, payment providers, or resources. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and references to third parties do not constitute guarantees of their services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monetize Your Life is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the educational materials or business decisions made from them. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes in products, operations, or law. The version posted when an order is placed governs that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
