Digital Products and Personalized Services
Monetize Your Life sells digital educational materials and personalized digital strategy documents. No physical products are shipped.
Self-Guided Edition
Because digital files are delivered automatically after purchase and cannot be physically returned, change-of-mind refunds are unavailable once delivery has been completed. Please contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase if:
● you were charged more than once for the same order;
● you cannot access the files after reasonable troubleshooting;
● the files are corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from the product description; or
● a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
When possible, we will first correct the problem or provide replacement access. If that does not resolve a qualifying issue, we may issue an appropriate refund.
Guided Blueprint Edition
For refund purposes, the $127 purchase price is allocated as follows:
● $27 for the immediately delivered Self-Guided digital system; and
● $100 for the personalized Guided Blueprint service.
The $27 Self-Guided digital system is delivered automatically upon purchase and is non-refundable for change of mind. You may request cancellation of the $100 personalized Guided Blueprint service within 7 calendar days of purchase if we have not sent the production-start confirmation described below:
● $100 refund of the unused personalized service: Available when the request is received within 7 calendar days of purchase and we have not sent the production-start confirmation. You retain the immediately delivered Self-Guided digital system represented by the non-refunded $27 portion.
● No change-of-mind refund of the $100 personalized service after production begins: Once the production-start confirmation has been sent, custom work is being performed specifically for you.
Personalized production begins only when we send you a written email confirming: “Your completed intake has been accepted and your personalized blueprint is now in production.” Receiving the intake, checking it for completeness, or requesting missing information does not by itself begin personalized production. If your qualifying cancellation request arrives before that confirmation is sent, the refundable amount is $100.
This change-of-mind policy does not limit your rights if the delivered product is materially different from its description, contains a material defect we cannot correct, or a refund is required by applicable law.
Your personalized blueprint is due within 3–5 business days after the production-start confirmation is sent. If we cannot deliver within that window and no revised deadline is agreed with you, you may cancel the personalized service and receive a $100 refund while retaining the $27 Self-Guided digital system. A full $127 refund may apply if the digital materials also qualify for a refund under this policy or applicable law requires it.
How to Request Help or a Refund
Email monetizeyourlifestylehq@gmail.com with your order number, purchase email, and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Processing time after issuance depends on the payment provider or financial institution.
Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
